Summary: Married men pay attention!!! I gave this hotel relatively high marks because it’s difficult to find justification to rate it lower. That being said, my wife HATED being here and would be a lot more harsh, I’ll explain why at the end. The room was quite clean, and tastefully decorated with an appealing modern look. The building itself had some charm to it if you’re into that kind of thing, and overall I think the value for the money was pretty good. Now for the bad: No AC or fan or anything. Not that they claim to have AC, but it’s such a standard thing that it’s very easy to overlook and make the assumption that they would have it. Hot water takes about 2 business days to get to your room and is inconsistent at best. Any flush of a toilet in other rooms (which you will hear) will burn you. If you’re on the road side, road noise is excessive and will keep you up at night if you’re a light sleeper The bathroom, though clean and modernized, is tiny and the toilet is too close to the wall and the vanity which makes it very uncomfortable and awkward to sit on, there’s also no hair dryer which again, they didn’t claim there was but it’s such a standard amenity that it was a little surprising. Good thing my wife always packs her own anyway. Overall, I’d stay here again for business or just passing through, but I would NOT bring my wife here again. She never felt safe and secure (this part of superior appears pretty rough) plus the above complaints are why.
